Contract Clause · Standard Supply Agreement

"CathPro warrants that all supplied aluminum anode products meet the committed specifications (capacity ≥ 2700 A·h/kg, current efficiency ≥ 95 %). Should CMA- or CNAS-accredited third-party testing return values below the commitment, CathPro shall reimburse the buyer at twice the prepaid amount."
